10% discount

We offer a 10% discount on practically all our invoices if payment is received within 7 days of invoice date.

GST is additional to all figures shown.

Casual work

Rates effective from 1/2/11.

Referrals

Do you know someone who would benefit from our services? Introduce us to them and if it results in new work we'll give you a finder's fee.
If you make regular referrals then we'd be happy to talk with you about a commission arrangement.

Travel and minimum charges

Minimum onsite charge 1 hour.
A travel charge may apply at the applicable engineer's hourly rate, this is typically where an onsite visit is less than three hours in duration. (In the central Auckland area, travel time will generally be regarded as 15 minutes in each direction. For work further afield we can giving pricing on request.)

Call-out fees

(Generally a call-out is when a visit is not able to be planned in advance, and when CPR staff may have to put aside other work in order to assist.)

Call-outs during business hours: $131 call-out charge plus hours worked on site.
Call-outs outside business hours: $173 call-out charge plus hours worked on site.
Note: We review our prices in February of each year.
After hours
- This applies on weekends and public holidays and outside 7am to 7pm on business days.
